Swim in the natural pool of Buracona and catch a glimpse of the Blue Eye from above. Feeling adventurous? Try scuba diving in the cave and see it from below!
Soak up the local culture
Wander through colorful streets, taste traditional Cape Verdean dishes like catchupa and visit Palmeira village to see local fishermen bring in their fresh catch of the day.

Watch sea turtles nest and hatch
Visit Sal from July to October to wittness turtles nesting on the beach. From August to November you might get lucky to see baby turtles hatching and make their way to the ocean.
