What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 14:00 onwards and check-out is by 11:00.
If you have any special requests or need to arrange different times, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help!
Is it possible to check in late at night?
Yes, that is possible! Please be so kind to inform us about your arrival time so we can arrange your check in together.
Do you have a stable WiFi connection?
Absolutely! We offer free fiber optic WiFi with separate connections in each room. However, occasional power outages can happen on the island. To stay connected during those times, we recommend getting a Cape Verdean SIM card with a data package.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to three days before your trip free of charge.
In case you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us so we can rearrange your booking with us.
Are the rooms smoke free?
Yes, our rooms are smoke free. It is not allowed to smoke in our rooms. However, every room has a private outside terrace where smoking is allowed.
Is breakfast included?
We don’t provide breakfast, but we do have a few great recommendations for you. Try Cape Fruit, Flor de Sal and Cafe Creole for delicious breakfasts. Want to make your own breakfast? No worries, all our apartments have a kitchen and fridge.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking spots available in the area around our property.
Are pets allowed?
Want to bring your pet? We can talk about it! We do have a lot of furry family members around the property already!
Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes, absolutely! All our apartments have a private bathroom with warm water.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
All our apartments have air conditioning. But please be aware, electricity in Cape Verde is expensive and a limited source. That is why we charge an additional fee for the use of air conditioning.
How do I get to your place? Is airport shuttle possible?
Getting a taxi from the airport is easy and convenient. A ride to Santa Maria costs around €20 depending on the amount of people, luggage and arrival time. Late night taxis are usually €25. We are happy to help you arrange a taxi in advance.
Does my apartment have a balcony?
Yes! All our apartments come with a private terrace where you can relax and dry your wet swimsuit after a day on the beach! We also have apartments with a hammock outside.
